| Acceptance of shipment of any merchandise from any type of carrier, either received by the buyer or other representative from the buyer's place of business, constitutes an agreement to comply in accordance with the following terms :
-No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from one of our reps.
-Back orders will follow unless cancelled in writing by buyer.
-Returned merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
-Any and all claims will be made within 10 days of R.O.M. and in writing, no exceptions.
-No returns/exchanges allowed on Apparel.
-Prices are subject to change without notice.
-CHARLIE LEATHER reserves the right to cancel a portion of, or the entire order.
-All past due accounts and balances will accrue interest at the rate of 5% per month. |
